Industrial relations in 2008: how to vote?

Nearly 20 million voters are called to vote for their advisers tribunal Wednesday December 3 2008.

Who can vote?

All employees, employers and job seekers registered on electoral lists labor, aged 16 years, can vote, irrespective of nationality. Vote at the ballot box

The vote at the ballot box which takes place Wednesday December 3 usually takes place near the workplace (domestic workers, employers from home, and jobseekers vote in an office near their home), at town hall or in a place as a school reference during working hours (between 8 am and 18 pm). Employees have the right to leave their jobs to vote, without loss of pay. The number and address of the polling station, college and section are listed on the electoral map for industrial relations. Who is elected?

The Appeals Tribunal shall be elected from slates of candidates for proportional representation section and college. So the seats are distributed among the lists, according to the number of votes obtained by each of them.
