The director of the psychiatric hospital in Saint-Egrève (Isère) has been "suspended" after the murder, November 12, a student in the center of Grenoble. The decision was taken by the National Management Center (NMC), which administers the management of hospitals on behalf of the Minister of Health. Jean-Louis Bonnet, director of the Regional Agency of hospitalization, had "immediately appointed an interim director." This sanction comes only four days after the murder of Luc Meunier. The murderer of young student 26 years could be put into consideration. A first part of the answer - but still part - was made Tuesday afternoon by expertise provided by the prosecution of Grenoble. According to it, "mental state" of balance is "consistent with his hearing and its possible entry into consideration." The doctor assured that "mental condition" by Jean-Pierre Guillaud, 56, who suffers from schizophrenia, is "consistent with his hearing" by a magistrate. A second expert, ordered in a criminal opened by the prosecutor, has yet to provide advice. Its results are not yet known and will not be before "several weeks". In particular, it must decide on the criminal responsibility of the presumed murderer. |
